Did you oil poach it? Just curious. I’m a huge fan of Greek chicken. Need to remember to buy feta next week.

Kat, I used 2 tbsp. of olive oil to brown 2 chicken breasts. I covered each with a drizzle of sriracha & a tbsp. of Greek vinaigrette & turned the temp to low & finished cooking. I added feta at the end.
