OK, time to get off my hiney and get this done. I had WLS done 4/14/14, got the vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy, best thing I ever did for myself. Exercised for over a year. Then my daughter had a wedding in July and I haven't been back to the gym. I started out on this journey at 342 lbs of agonizing negativity and slothdom. I am now 207 of energy and positivity but just not motivated enough to get to the gym. Well, I made an appointment with my trainer for tomorrow at 4:30, time to get 'er done!!! I want to see Onderland by new years. I hope to get that last 7-8 pounds gone in a month. Realistic? Well, wish me luck!!
