I really need to stay away from certain websites *grin*

One of them is the minimalist baker. The other day I stumbled over a 'one bowl chocolate cake'. Obviously I had no choice but to make it since I had all the ingredients in the cupboard. OMG....it is just too good. So glad I work with a bunch of ever hungry guys that are only too happy to eat anything I make.
The recipe said it was 10 portions but I cut it into 20 slices and even then it is nearly too much. But soooo good.

Another new favourite of mine is a sliced up banana, smoothered in almond (soy) yogurt with almond and dairy free chocolate flakes. Really....who needs milk???? Calves!!!!

Saturday I really walked my socks of. I was with Paul, the Keeper, all day. And his legs are about twice as long as mine ;). Best thing about Saturday? It was dry and cold. For once it felt like November!!
Glad the stitches on my leg held no problem!

Today it is 10 degrees warmer then yesterday and with that the rain has returned :(

Only 30 more days til the winter solstice. So happy about it that I might just pop up to Woodhenge and have a dance around it ......

Glen : Winter Solistice...The shortest day of the year. After that we get a few more minutes of daylight each day :) Jackie: I agree. I want cold weather,I want to wrap up warm, I want dry weather and sunshine. It is winter? Maud....everyone can have a treat. And I rather make it myself so I can be certain its dairy free :) , plus I love to cook and bake :)
