Ever have one of those days? That is certainly how mine is starting out, with the new exercises that I am doing it is more of a cardio dance type and I am here to tell you if rhythm were food I would starve to death, I move like a I have ten left feet and none of them work right, LMAO

Maybe, take dancin' in small steps. First, work on your upper body moves until you feel comfortable and then add your hips and feet. Before ya know it you'll be💃!

All of you may have seen the infomercials for Shaun T's CIZE, in this he says anyone can dance, and truthfully it is a fun workout so far. but the anyone can dance didn't include me, lmao

Newnormal, you don't have to keep up although I try. Yes I am happy nobody videos me that would a laugh a minute on youtube. I have done Insanity as well and loved it.

Oh you peoples have me crying I'm laughing so hard :D For someone who danced 12 years I'm proud of all of you for giving it your best! It really doesn't matter how you look it's having fun and enjoying what you are doing that matters! Rocky you are my hero for being brave enough to give it a shot!
