Seriously not keen for today's fast. Monday Fasting Day = Worst Day Ever. But weigh-in on Thursday keeps me motivated. Aiming to stay in the 54kg-zone.
Made a HUGE vat of soup this Sunday - well, two kinds ( one roasted butternut and tomato and the other a mix of green veggies) ---> can't to eat a bowl of souuuppp tomorrowwwww
Also going back to the gym this evening after a 6 day break. Some running for the soul. Running = Mind-clearer
