Or hot yoga? Heard that is a killer. Ive seen the strength some of those yoga enthusiasts are able to display and it is mind blowing. Bet you would be like that. I posted a pic of two girls on a beach one using just one hand to balance herself on the foot only of a girl doing a handstand or something like that. Mind blowing strength

I agree, I don't care for yoga. YOH, I also heard hot yoga is a killer but because of pacemaker, I cannot take any kind of hot classes. Kay, have you tried Pilates? I take a pop pilates class, which is like pilates mixed with a HIIT class. It is definitely a workout! Aerobic and stretching mixed.

sk that sounds fun! have you done it?

I haven‘t done it but have seen videos kalinrenee. Some of movements remind me of the dynamic warm-up exercises for soccer players. Definitely worth a try.

I have done yoga a couple of times. (I think it’s mandatory to keep your California card). Anyhow, I did two different classes. One was definitely a beginner and I really enjoyed it. The other was an easy class and the difference between the two was immense. So yeah try a more challenging class. It will be very different.

Also focus on your breathing -- in the moment and creating calm control of the movements.

I could see you trying the yoga poses at the top of a cliff you just climbed but not at the studio 🤣🤣🤣

Maybe hot yoga rather than vinyasa?

I could see yoga being boring for you. Maybe try Zumba? Or some kind of hip-hop dancing aerobics type class??
