Today was the first day in about a month i over ate. I was okay till I made fried okra. I knew there was going to be days that I would slip but it is just a matter getting back on track.

Not that I am giving you the green light, but I honestly think the occasional slip actually can sometimes unlock a weight loss. I hope you find this is true for you :)

It's wonderful that 29 out of 30 days you ate well. You ate well 97% of the time. That's a real accomplishment!
