Welcome to 2014!
I'm trying to get back on track. Too many sugary treats through the holidays. I'm afraid my A1C numbers are going to reflect my indiscretions. I now have a new PCP, so I will probably face the music soon.
155.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
