Last time I did my numbers was August:

Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 59 lbs
Lean Mass 96 lbs

This month's stats are:

Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 60 lbs
Lean Mass 90 lbs

Hmm. It looks like I'm losing lean mass even though I am working out every week. I bet it's the grad school stress. Sigh.

Gotta keep swimming!

Swimming is cardio and not that good for building muscle... Weight training is much better for lowering body fat percentage. Also, the second body fat percentage is 40% not 38%.
