7am lifting at the crossfit gym, ran 6 miles with a friend... it was 34°F out but it was fun to chat. 10min pace. walked 5 more miles at my favorite park. ate eggs on toast after a 44hr liquid fast

That is ALOT of exercise !! :) I was happy to be back on the bike after the Thanksgiving weekend and getting 22 miles done in 80 minutes. And I did cut back substantially on my food intake after Thursday. Congratulations on a great workout.
