Becoming exercise and coffee dependent wasn't part of my plan! I was hoping to wake up today totally ready to bust through my daily to-do's but woke up devoid of my usual energy even :< Obviously not awesome.
Still working on making my early morning gym workouts a steady routine and staying as motivated as I can-- even did some special grocery shopping so I won't have to forage for coffee on the market's dime (too expensive to buy a mocha every day!). My losses lately have been slower but I'm also noticing a change in how muscular some of my body is becoming... and I like it ;)
