Body Fat 38 % Fat Mass 57 lbs Lean Mass 93 lbs
This month's stats are:
Body Fat 38 % Fat Mass 59 lbs Lean Mass 96 lbs
That's not too bad considering the crazy levels of stress and the spontaneity of traveling. I hope to stay somewhat healthy. That's my focus right now. I want to work out and learn how to be vegan 100% of the time. It's hard since it requires so much cooking. Hopefully, I find a balance in life.
