Feeling great!! Just got back from my bike ride with my mom! it was so nice! it was like i was a kid again!! loved it! saw a celebrating athlete running on the trail. he said 'hi' which made my day! Friday is becoming a great day!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
