Sometimes you just have to start the day with a chocolate shake. Banana, avocado, soy milk, tofu, blackstrap molasses, chia, flaxseed meal, espresso powder, cinnamon & cayenne. Not currently tracking, so don't know how many calories

It does, sternfan. I don't often make smoothies because it's so easy to rack up a lot of calories, but sometimes it just hits the spot

It was pretty dang good, buenitabishop 😊 You don't have to make it as elaborate as I did. The basic recipe is just 1 banana, half an avocado, a tablespoon or two (to taste) of cocoa powder and your choice of milk. Try it sometime! 😃
