Ate too much today. Didn't care, just wanted to eat. Things like this are what set me back. How do people have the willpower to beat this?

Great question. It is hard. Try to go easy on yourself. Maybe your body just needed extra fuel. Tomorrow is a new day.

One thing that helps me stay on track are cheat days. I choose one day a week that I allow myself a meal where I eat whatever I have been craving. You can't go wild, but you can have a meal. I look forward to it and it actually help in preventing plateaus in your weight loss.

Caradia, it isn't about willpower. It's about finding a way of eating where you don't feel hungry. For me that means eating 3 small meals across the day and a few cals left over for small snacks in between. Other people I've read about prefer other plans, for example two larger meals and no snacks. You have to try a few things out till you find the best way for you. Make sure you eat enough every day too, and avoid sugar in food and drink, as that actually make you feel hungry when you've used up the energy from it. Hope this makes sense.
