Yay! Ready for a trip to see family in Canada I'm guessing? Hate waiting for visas and passports... So stressful.

Mine arrived two weeks ago. It was the longest 7 weeks ever 🤣

Always keep mine current even though I haven't been out of the country in years. Like to know I can at the drop of a hat.

I had to replace my passport because I lost it at the airport while traveling in May. When I got on the escalator my bags got jostled trying to get them onto the step. It must have fallen out of the side pocket I had tucked it into at some point after that. I was a bit panicked cause Hubby had already applied for a new passport cause his was expiring this year & was still waiting for it. Even expedited service at a higher cost was estimated @ 7 weeks or more, cutting it really close.

Yes, Melissa we are meeting family @ Niagara on the Lake for 2 nights. Then traveling on to the Toronto area. Since we have paid for our accommodations @ Niagara & have tickets for a concert in Toronto that week, our travel dates aren't flexible. Plus we've booked our dogs into the kennel we like. When we traveled last September we ran into issues because the kennel had no openings & we had to go an alternative route. Our dogs are older & they need a little more personal care. We are taking this trip to celebrate Hubby's 80th Birthday. 😊🥂🍾

I'm glad you got it and your plans can go forward. What a relief! Sounds like a wonderful trip! I've never been that far east in Canada even though I've spent much of my life in the western provinces. We are waiting on my son-in-laws visa so he can join us for our August trip to see family. Hoping, hoping... ❤️
