Worked for 3 hours in the yard - no gym because of workers at the house - finally getting hurricane windows. Had friends for dinner and made homemade pizza with veg which was really good and nowhere near as fattening as regular - Publix sells fresh pizza dough and it's awesome - used light spag sauce and skim mozzarella with loads of veg - served with a mixed salad and everyone was happy - made a cake for dessert with ice cream for the kids and I was so full from dinner had no problem saying no!!
