Now that I'm focused on macros instead of calories, I struggle to eat enough protein AND calories, because I feel so full. I could have passed on drinking my protein shake as my last meal because I wasn't hungry per say, but I was afraid if I didn't I would have given into chocolate cravings. Otherwise I would only have consumed approximately 900 Kcals.
