Although the scales are not showing a weight loss yet, I feel as though I'm losing inches. My shorts are fitting much better and I have a total all around feeling better. My hunger pangs have disappeared and so has my headaches. Another reason I don't think the scales are showing a loss yet is because I've been making an effort to walk every night around 8 for only a mile. But I do feel my calves tightening up.
