We seem to have Russian spammers and/or trolls on the app today. I recommend reporting if they show up in your comments.
In other news, adding more animal products and prioritizing protein ain't working for me. I felt lighter, better when I was mostly vegan. No plans to go 100% vegan, but time to at least cut back on dairy. Not sure how I feel about fish at the moment, but will likely keep that in the mix for now. And dang, I love a good soft cooked egg here and there. Might not eat them as often, though. I have regained a couple of pounds, and I do not like it one bit. Going to worry less about protein and try to get it more from plant sources

It seems that there are tons of people here writing in languages other than English. Do they not have moderators on this site?

It's not so much the other languages, it's the ones that are clearly posting the same, emoji-filled message all over the place. I didn't bother to try to run them through a translator, as they were clearly up to no good. We have a lot of legit folks posting in other languages, but these were clearly either trolls or spammers

I've been deleting non English comments on my posts that mention Whatsapp. Totally seems spammy.

It's good to take stock of what's working well for you. 💜

I have been vegan and I have been typical American and I personally feel best mostly in the middle, plant foods with a little egg and fish and occasionally cheese. Hope the new balance you find works for you

I remember you flip-flopping around on the dairy before. How do you feel after eating milk, yogurt or cheese? Like most vegans, this was the only item that kept me vegetarian for so long. But now -- ugh. Within 1 hour I will blow up like I'm 6 months pregnant, and the effects last for 24 hours.

JustBananas -- I switched back to soymilk a few weeks ago, because dairy milk wasn't setting right with me and I realized I genuinely preferred the soy. I made the mistake of buying cottage cheese, which I'm fortunately almost done with. I seem to do ok with the fermented dairy. Cheese....ah, that is my slippery slope as I saw you put it in another comment thread. I don't want to eliminate it entirely, but I have a tendency to eat too much

Thanks, Diana and buenitabishop 😊 cindylynnwho -- I'm still finding that balance, but getting there. I'm continually learning what makes me feel better or worse, or gets me off track. I think for me, finding a balance in the middle is more about eating with others and out and about more than anything

The plant-based milk takes up twice as much shelf space as regular milk in the grocery stores out here. It's like no one drinks cow milk anymore. Same with creamer.

I had several long comments in Russian a few days ago. I just looked for them & they appear to have dissappeared. I can't find them anyway.

I'm like 10% Russian so I'm offended 😏 kidding.... i just delete them 🤷♀️ all i can understand is the emojis anyways lol

Sherry -- I reported the ones I saw to FS. It might be that someone reported them and they and their content were removed. kaylin -- I promise, it was only the spamming, not the nationality, I took offense to! 😂 JB -- maybe in California, but we still have plenty of dairy milk in the groceries here in Wyo. My only worry is whether the unsweetened soy I like will lose its spot on the shelf with the proliferation of oat, almond, cashew, etc. If I have to, I can make my own. I used to make soymilk years ago

What’s wrong with getting comments in Russian? Can you just copy paste to Google translate if you wonder what they are saying?

Tash -- nothing wrong with comments in Russian, but these were clearly spam. Extraordinarily lengthy, filled with emojis, mentioning WhatsApp and -- most importantly -- identical comments on multiple people's comment threads. I don't report every comment in Russian by a long shot. Only the ones that I don't need to translate to spot spam
