Been having lots of stomach trouble. Haven't gone to the bathroom in 5 days. I think that's why it doesn't look like I've lost much weight. Stomach has been hurting alot, though I haven't been bloated or gassy.

I am 1 pound away from where I started when i stopped doing Martial Arts and started working full time. I went up to 260 quickly.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.1 lb a week

I have the same tummy troubles, and it is NOT fun. When it gets to the 5 day mark, though, I'd say it's time to take something to help. Hope you feel better!

Regular exercise helps to get your bowels moving. :oD
