Diet food. LOL!!!
I fast from dinner the day before until around lunchtime the next day. (I might have a coffee in the morning. I work at a supermarket part-time, so if I get hungry I grab a small package of cherry tomatoes and eat around 8-10. seems to ease the hunger just fine.) Instead of having lunch when I get home, I have a rich, oaky glass of icy cold quality Chardonnay. (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, etc...all too light.) Then I have a really nice dinner. Lightly Modified OMAD. It's a freakin' miracle. LOL
