So far the week is going good. I've been able to get rid of those 5 pounds I put on last week. It was shocking I did that and a real bonus it came off just as quickly.
Friends in town and tonight is the only night I can see them at a BBQ. I was told burgers are being served. I must watch what I eat and drink. Beautiful day and great company will make it very tough for me. Allowing myself a burger and 2 glasses of wine. Maybe raw fruit or vegs if served.
