Today marks my 1 week of sobriety! Now that i'm drinking less i'm already feeling healthier, but I'm starting to realize it's not just about what I put into my body. I need to move around more! I've been using a stair climber recently but i'd like to become even more active! Also drinking lots of water instead of icky alcohol!
