Did me some Pure Cardio this morning nothing like sweating like pig during the warm up, and dripping by the end 33 minutes of huffing and puffy average heart rate 155, low was 152 high was 159 I know I need to try and kick it up some more.

Thanks I wish I had a workout partner because that would push me harder. but it is hard finding someone that wants to workout at 430am
