I haven't really been actively journaling my eating habits or weight recently, but I thought I'd just chime in with a little update :)

So I haven't lost or gained any significant weight in a while now, but my size 36's are fitting much more loosely than they did a few months ago. Also, the shirt I got along with them (medium!!!) seems to fit nicer as well. Not nearly as much tummy-pudge-button-stretching, haha. Oh, and I finally just got my wedding ring back from being resized. It took forever to get the new ring, but I went from a size 10 to an 8.5!

I want to eventually start exercising regularly, but the weather here has been super crappy and I'm having trouble motivating myself to get started on it. I'll get on it eventually, but to be honest I'm pretty okay with where I've been at weight-wise lately. I'd definitely like to convert my flab into muscle, but I think I actually look really good with clothes on haha.

Well, that's about it. For everyone else out there who've managed to reach the goals you set, congrats! And for all the people who are still working to reach you goals, don't give up! Getting in shape is a tough battle, and can be very disheartening sometimes, but the end result it definitely worth the struggle. The feeling you get when you look in the mirror and genuinely feel attractive is something that everyone should experience.
