After working out I weighed 185.9. Found out I have acid reflux 3 days ago. I'm afraid to eat because I was in so much pain. Feel much better now, but I'm not sure what to eat. Just been eating a little fruit here and there and some oatmeal for the past three days which is why I'm losing weight so fast. Oddly enough I'm not that hungry. I quit drinking coffee and diet pop. I never believed that diet pop was bad, but I gotta admit it seems I don't crave food as much when I stick to water which I find boring.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you do some googling, it will give you foods to avoid or only eat in moderation. Citrus, chocolate, fizzy drinks and many other foods can irritate acid reflux. Alcohol is a culprit too.
