This goes to show that the websites that gives 1900 kcals for my maintenance calories are wrong because I gained nearly 2 lbs on 1830kcals. I know there are other variables like fluid retention and miscalculations of how much I ate, but most of it was the same until I went to a church event that fed us pizza, they had ran out of salad, so I got a tangerine and cookies instead. Calories count when we're trying to lose or gain weight, so I still think my range is around 1600 kcals is maintenance and 1200 for weight loss, 2000 for weight gain.
232.2 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Each of us is different, and each has to find what works for them. I do CICO, About 1600 calories a day. I weigh everything I eat in grams (and log every bite, no matter how much I eat). Good luck on your journey!
