I dropped the first 10lbs in 3 weeks. I was on target for 10lbs in 2 weeks, but it took a while to get on track with eating and exercise.

Worked chest and shoulders at the gym yesterday. I need to start recording my lifts. Mapmyride.com has the capability to record other exercise and track lifts. I use it to track walking and bicycling, I could put them all there.

Today we celebrate Tet, Vietnamese New year. I'll eat more than usual and I won't be able to track everything, so this will be my cheat day.

Drinking my water and coffee before I go out for a one hour walk in 20F (-6.666 c) weather.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
