Didn't do well this week, I should be grateful the scale went down and not up. You know it seems like the older you are the harder it is to lose weight. I thought I was doing pretty good on my food choices I don't eat anything like I used to as I make healthy choices now. I think it's got to be the portion size so I will work on that. I walk every day at least 40mins. (brisk) go to the gym 3 times a week 2hrs at a time so what the heck is going on here.lol Beautiful day today I think I will work in my garden, that's my therapy for the day. :)
