I am stuffed. I think my swai fillet stuffed with crabmeat was more than 280 calories. It was huge. LOL. I'm not sure the info on here is always right. I loaded up on asparagus since they say your veggie should be 3/4 of what you eat. Since I didn't eat a potato/rice/pasta/startch, I figured I could eat more of the other two items. I'm not sure if that is good or not, but that's what I did. I know I won't eat like that the rest of the week. It was a beautiful day and when we stopped to buy "grill" food, I thought...hhhhhmmmmm..I'll be good..not burgers, no dogs, no steak, but fish. Since I was being good, I wanted good fish. LOL. I'll probably have the rest of the asparagus tomorrow along with a frozen fillet (smaller, no stuffing, less calories) of fish tomorrow. Someone convince me I'm trying--LOL.

I just love Swai fish, not so sure on the crabmeat. Eating all the greens you want is an okay thing just remember that they are also loaded with sodium which wont look good on the scale (water weight). Yeah you are doing good--I would have had the steak, heck you avoided the starches that was amazing.
