Ergh, so crap, back up (think im prob more mod 64) was a big eeekend of 22 km and carb eating (pies, popcorn, pasta, pizza) so disappointed after i was so close. This week, take off sugar again and count calories and stop with late donners
143.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
