This is not a fun way to lose weight! I'm not going to record it at the moment but I was down almost another pound today from yesterday. I have to be on a low fat diet (Dr.'s orders) at least until I see him again in about 10 days. I'm also having to slowly reintroduce one food at a time to see how well I tolerate it. That's why my diet calendar is so low at the moment. Probably has something to do with why I'm really tired as well. I'll get there!!!! :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 June 2011:
860 kcal Fat: 8.25g | Prot: 55.72g | Carb: 142.81g.   Breakfast: Potato Russet, Clover Honey, Tazo Hot Teas Awake, Earl Grey, Zen or Calm, Banana, Arnold Health Nut Bread. Lunch: All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cut Green Beans, Potato Russet, Arnold Health Nut Bread. Dinner: Arnold Health Nut Bread, Roast Chicken, Cut Green Beans. Snacks/Other: Jello Original No Preservatives Strawberry & Orange, Coffee, Clover Honey, Dannon Greek Plain Yogurt. more...

I'm glad you checked in Karen! I hope you are recovering well, although it definitely is not fun. But as you well know, neither are gall bladder attacks! I am glad that you are able to add new foods to your diet, albeit low fat ones. I expect you'll probably be losing more weight because of your surgery and recovery. I like your fighting spirit, my friend! Take care of yourself and get plenty of rest. Hugs!

Hi Pam! I'm doing better and definitely not hurting all that much. Still tired though. You are absolutely right about gall bladder attacks! Something I am very glad to rid of!!!! Awful things! My diet had not been high in fat (at least bad fats) before all this began. That was one of the problems the Dr. was having trying to diagnose what was going on. I hope things are going well for you and I'll try to check your journals soon. Heading for some of that rest in just a few minutes! Hugs to you too!!!!! :)
