My weight has been crazy this week.. Haven't recorded it because it's gone up by 4lbs one day and back down 5 lbs... I assume this is from high sodium intake and retaining water??? It's frustrating though because I was down to 198 this weekend and here I am a week later at 199... However, I'm shrinking. All my clothes are looser, some pants I can't even wear because they're falling off my butt. How is it possible that I've gone down almost 2 pants sizes and only lost 10 lbs on the scale?
