Crazy day! I was so consumed I completely missed my real lunch and now I am having lunch for dinner. I won't have the stomach space for another meal or the time in my eating window so I am having an extra big meal right now. My aim is to ensure I do not go into starvation mode by keeping myself well fed in my eating window. However, on the professional front I am feeling pretty accomplished. Got one article out and the press release announcing a strategic partnership for my company has been posted! All in a good days work! Have a good evening all - I am dropping by my mom's for a quick visit tonight!
