I don't understand why the weight is going up again. I have an appointment with the doc in a few days. Maybe some labs are off. Not sure what's up. It seems like the harder I try, the more I fail. But not giving up. I'm no quitter.
345.6 lb Lost so far: 74.4 lb.    Still to go: 185.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
