It's a new day ♡ New attitude :-) ▪︎ Last Gym day before vacation. I fully intend to slide in some exercise while we're away.

I love the “make it a choice not a cheat!” especially cause i did it just today with cupcakes at a friend’s birthday party… move around so snack calories and fats in the morning and boom room for that cupcake!

the last one makes me laugh because both BF and brother insist there is NOTHING worth eating in my fridge (or house) at any given time. which is strange considering both have lived in my house over the years and not died of starvation.
