It was a good day. I got the business development draft done and sent it to the owner - we meet tomorrow at 10 am to review it and take it to the next level. I feel good about what I did :). He pinged and said he liked what he saw already :). I am a "above and beyond" gal when it comes to the work I produce, so supported it with a presentation and a brain dump of some other strategies we could consider as the company grows.

In the middle of all this, I was recruited by an Oil/Gas company today. I honestly don't have an interest in that industry so it won't go anywhere. I will let them know tomorrow.

Ate well today, just a little less than I thought I would ... but then again ... I am not hungry so it must be enough. Have a good night friends!

so, what does the cabbage do for you, Jenn? I know it is good for diabetics, as it balances sugar levels. Or is it just something you like? Unusual for breakfast.

Auroraioanid: I used to have breakfast issues - not to mention huge fluctuations in my energy. The coleslaw seem to keep everything at an even keel and for some strange reason .. I LOVE IT for breakfast. It's like an addition now ... lol!

The Cabbage family is great for dieting for some reason. Our digestive system loves it!

No clue, but I do put kale in my morning smoothies, also cabbage family. I love coleslaw, I forget about it and love it when I think about making it.
