By the way, did I mention I was diagnose with Hypothyroidism in 2011.
yup, its that disease over weight people always say they have, im not fat for no reason ("I got a thyroid problem")yuppp, except I really have it, really bad, my metabolism is trash.

You can do this and you are! CoachCalorie (.com) has some really good pointers on making changes. One of the articles had to do with changing metabolism. You might want to check some of the articles (under Archives)to get some motivation. Good Luck!

Hey I have hypothyroidism too! It is a PAIN to lose weight. When I was first diagnosed with it a year and half ago, I gained 20lbs in 5 weeks. still working on losing it :( Totally understand where you are coming from. Keep working at it, something good is bound to happen soon!

I have hypothyroidism too, sigh. Are you taking meds? Meds should help :)
