We had some nasty storms in the area on Sunday so I really didn't try to get online. My Mother-in-law lost two trees but at least they didn't come near the house. Thank goodness!!!!
Today was a beautiful day with Nooo storms-finally! :)

The weight is slowly but consistently going down! A little more consistent this week than last so maybe it will keep to that pace for a while. :)

K, I don't know how I missed your journal yesterday! I'm so happy to see you write one as I've been waiting to read one! I'm sorry about your mother-in-law's trees, but it is a blessing that they didn't damage her house. Your weight chart looks great! Keep up the good work, my friend!

KSttride, I see your food log really healthy! I don't mind having all of those for myself! And YAY for your walk and stretching! Whoa! you can sleep a little more tonight.. I usually sleep 7.5hr. And sometimes 6.5. Are you ok with 5hr sleep? Have a pleasant evening and happy Wednesday tomorrow!:)

MSL, Yes she was very lucky when the storms blew through! I suppose we all were because for a while I was watching the huge trees we have in our back yard sway like crazy. Downhill, thankfully not toward us!! So far, so good however. :) Thanks for the kind words about my weight chart. It's going down slowly but surely. Have a great day on Wednesday!!

happynow, I'm really trying to eat very healthy with my food selections. It came as a real surprise when I started tracking on this site just how unhealthy some of the foods I'd been eating were. It was the supposedly "healthy" TV dinners that really threw me. So much sodium, etc and to be perfectly honest, they were never that good anyway. They certainly never were very filling. I have not had one since February! I'm having to be careful with walking and some of the other exercises at the moment. My left knee has been causing me a few problems so I've been wearing a brace to walk and then icing it later. I think it's getting better though. :) As for the sleeping, I do need to get more. Storms woke me a couple of times and it was difficult to get back to sleep. I've been trying to get about 7-8 hours sleep but sometimes it just doesn't happen. :) You have a great Wednesday as well!
