same stats as yesterday: 206.4lbs, 30.1% 62.1lbs fat 36.4% 75.0 lbs muscle I had an awesome workout today. I rode a mile to the gym and worked chest. Heavier weight than last time. Then I rode another 14 miles after the gym. Then home for a shower and dinner.
