Exercise has been interrupted by the cold weather, so I have not played as much soccer as I would have hoped. I am also between climbing seasons so I am taking a 7 day break from climbing to rest my fingers/forearms. The upshot of that I am trying to do more yoga, but it is not nearly as motivating, it still feels a bit like I am taking my exercise medicine rather than doing something I really want to do. On the other hand I am always amazed at how Yoga slows time down, and I really feel amazed when I still have 15 min left in the workout.
