My daughter was watching me input my workout this morning and asking all sorts of questions. She used her math skills to figure out when I will be done "losing that poundage" as she put it. Bless her little optimistic heart! I kept my doubts to myself and allowed myself to believe that I could keep this up and that in a matter of a few months, I would be worried only about maintaining my goal weight.

There is no reason I cannot do it! I am really trying to let go of the past efforts which all proved to be false starts. This time I will stick with my plan. I will be healthier and I will find ways to change my poor eating habits as I work toward my goal so that I don't have to do this weight loss thing all over again in a few years.

you are not alone, I've been on the same roller coaster for years, up and down, but not this time I am determined to be healthy. I also have a child that is participating and helping me drop the poundage
