I've been less consistent over Memorial weekend--alcohol salty foods, wheat, sugar.

But, have been doing better past couple days. Cutting all artificial sugars and working on added sugars to food. Lots and lots of water.

Idea is that if I am drinking anything, it should be water. So, I'm drinking lots of water.

Goal for the month: Record food and exercise everyday. Exercise and yoga everyday. No artificial sugar. Cut caffeine out eventually, too.

5/31/11: Waist 35, Narrowest part of waist, 33; Hips 40, 26.11% body fat (Navy) or 22% (YMCA), Bust 39, Thigh 23.5, Arm 12, Calf 13.5
