I'm slacking. Had a bite of a brownie last night. Feel discouraged and burned out. I stuck to the diet 100% the first 3 wks and lost only 6lbs and now I'm just pissed at myself and discouraged.. Not having a good day. Need to cut back on everything. Really unhappy today :( Feel like I'm starting from square one. Uggh, I just wanna cry.

We all slip up and you are still down in weight from when you started so that is great. It takes a lot of hard work and a long time to lose weight and get healthy. It is not an easy thing to do. Being fat is hard! Losing weight is hard! You just have to choose your hard! You can do it.
