The weekend...stayed up late at a gathering and snacked. Wasn't home so less control over what I ate, then had a snow day and did whatever I felt like....made poor choices. But at least I ran yesterday....
172.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
