Hi Buddy.. Thanks for asking after me. I am doing fine. I am doing more walks and returned back to swimming. I am doing ok with low carbs, high veggie, medium protein & 'good' fat intake. Overall, I am in a better position now than I was a month ago.. But this is a journey of a lifetime and I am going at a steady pace to avoid crashing... How are you doing, too?

Hello Princess I am really impressed with your positive approach to your diet and excersise programme. Like you I am on the same journey but I don't have long to go to reach my target weight. I started two years ago and decided to change my life style completely by eating healthier food and excercising as regular as my job and other commitments allow. I have lost 9 1/2 stone over the period although it has been slow and undramatic progress. I don't stand on scales too often but rely on noting clothing becoming looser and putting another hole in my belt. I do hope you achieve your goal knowing how difficult it is to achieve your goal.
