Yesterday was kind of a bust. It's hard to eat out and track everything. I got the turkey burger (no bun) and the salad bar at ruby tuesdays. That was dinner and lunch as I had skipped lunch yesterday. Then, I tried the atkins shake and bar after which was just overload and I felt incredibly sick. Totally messed up on the carbs, but today is a new day and I'm just gonna keep going. One thing I do know is that I never wanna feel like that again, it was like sugar/carb overload. Curious to see if there's a change on the scale...
