Up and down. Binge like a madman, no apetite. Binge 2-3 days, maybe a week tops, get heavier just on accumulated food, absorb some goodness in the meantime, then boom back down, even if I don't starve myself. I never starve myself. I do look over having too little apetite though. All in all I'd say I'm doing better than I was and I eat chocolate and bread and am going for more protein than before because ot's hard for me to come by.
