Well it is Friday woo hop we made it this far and glad to see most of my buddies on here are showing a weight loss all but me but I am okay with I gained 2 but I believe it has been in size (muscle) and stamina my waist was 32 my neck 15.75 arms about 14 inches boils down to 11% body fat at 50 yrs old and 6' I think is damn good . I use the Army body fat measurement as it is simple and what I know.

Got to agree with you, 11% body fat is damn good at 50....it's good an any age! You have done fantastic.

i have no idea how to measure fat. do you want to message me and let me know how you do it. I keep meaning to google it just don't for some reason. my scale will calculate all that stuff if I set it up correct. lol I forgot how to do that so it has all my details from several years ago programed in. oh well. :)
